These sessions are tailored for you, meeting you where you are. We will be guided together by your needs and wishes. Having an experienced, qualified teacher to guide you in the first few weeks and months helps you to establish a solid and beneficial practice.

I have designed this course with beginners in mind. I wanted to help people to understand the simplicity of meditation but also the difficulties that can arise if we don’t fully understand what meditation is. Many people who come on my course have tried meditation at home and arrive on the course feeling they cannot do it. Others feel a bit apprehensive about meditation not realising there is plenty of scientific evidence that supports its many benefits and use. Once they have more understanding and some guidance, they usually get on very well and leave the course after the three weeks with a regular practice, already noticing the benefits of being able to be quiet, present and relaxed.
