Weekly online classes starting in July

During lockdown I ran a weekly meditation class online which worked very well. These sessions are great for anyone who cant attend one of my classes or who simply don’t like coming out in the evenings. You can enjoy the meditation, with other people in the comfort of your own home and be guided into a deeply relaxed state.
I have decided the time is right for me start that class up again on Wednesdays at 7.30-8pm
The price is £6 per week payable on the 1st of the month. Ie a four-week month would be £24 and a five-week month would be £30
Although I like to encourage people to commit to a regular meditation practice to gain more of the many benefits it has, I realise not everyone wants to do this, so I have created a once or twice a month price of £10 per session. This works well for people who work shifts, just want to renew their practice or simply meditate within a group but don’t feel to commit to weekly session.
The sessions will take place on zoom. Once I have received your payment I will send a link that you can use each week.
The sessions will be suitable for beginners and those who have attended my classes on a regular basis.

A Taster session for beginners

Its not easy starting a meditation practice on your own. Many people who come to my classes have tried meditation at home and arrive feeling they cannot do it. Others feel a bit apprehensive about meditation not realising there is plenty of scientific evidence that supports its many benefits and use. Once they have more understanding and some guidance, they usually get on very well.
One of the first things people notice when they start to meditate is how busy their mind is. The next thing is becoming aware of bits of the body that feel uncomfortable. These things can be distractions that make it hard to continue to practice regularly.
Having a teacher support you while you gain confidence can be very helpful. You can find a practice that works for you. learn to accept and let go of your chatty mind and aching body to drop into the quiet, peaceful state that experienced meditators talk about

Guided meditations can offer a great starting point for practicing meditation.
I help students understand the letting go and accepting process then guide them into a deeply relaxed place. Once they experience the peace and relaxation that comes with meditation lots of them join one of my weekly classes and continue to deepen their practice benefitting and enjoying this life enhancing tool
Weekly or monthly classes are great for bringing you back and helping you get started again if your practice has stopped or you are finding it hard to keep it up on your own.
These taster sessions are one hour sessions for £15

Why some of my students continue to practice daily:
"To appreciate the NOW and not live too much in the past or future. To cherish the NOW.  Meditation calms my mind and allows me to accept my emotions more easily.  After meditating, I see the beauty of everything, be it the warmth of my shower or the snugness of my clothing.  It reminds me to appreciate the gift of life"

"I have always wanted to find a way to calm down my busy mind, I have had trouble sleeping for years and finally after my Meditation sessions I feel much calmer and have more inner Peace. Things get put into perspective after Meditation"

Introduction to Meditation

While meditation is becoming increasingly more popular, it can be hard to know where to begin.
Join me for an introductory morning designed to guide you in the fundamentals of meditation. This session is ideal for beginners who want to establish a practice as well as for more experienced students seeking a renewal of their practice.
With several years’ experience of teaching I offer clear insights that break down common misconceptions about meditation. My knowledge and humour make the practice more approachable providing a variety of tools.
If you have tried meditation in the past and found it too challenging or you if are sceptical about its suitability in your life this session is for you. Bring your questions and learn from an experienced teacher to bring meditation into your life
This session is for anyone new to meditation, longtime students looking for a refresher, or anyone who thinks they simply cannot meditate.
Its also great for anyone suspicious that meditation is woo woo, ( there is plenty of science about the benefits) or anyone who is convinced they don’t have time to meditate.
Next session Saturday July 12th in Yeovil 9.30-11.30 £35
