Weekly Classes

The relaxation response releases endorphins, the body’s natural painkillers. Mindful meditation calms your mind, reduces stress hormones and elevates your overall sense of wellbeing. This class is for anyone wanting to reduce stress, manage chronic pain or just want to improve their overall mental and physical health.
