So what it is that has makes me happier on a day to day basis? I know how I connect to the wonder and energy of life. I am less reactive to everyday situations, I try not to compare myself and my life to others, every person has their own journey. I discovered what I really wanted my life to look like, not what I thought it should like. Self acceptance and learning to be kind to myself (this was a biggie). I also practice gratitude regularly |
